Spring Mindfulness Workshops
For beginners as well as people with a meditation practice, Liz Korabek-Emerson's 's 3-hour Sunday afternoon sessions can help you on your way. Our spring series will focus on the Four Heart Qualities: Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, Equanimity
Sundays, 1-4pm; $45/session, discount for multiple sessions.

Weave Your Narrative Workshop

Introduction to Taiji - Wed at 5:30pm
GateWay's popular 10-week course is offered in studio and online. Enrollment is open for the next 10-week session beginning March 27. Moving sequentially through the form, you'll learn Part 1 of the 108-Move Yang Style Long Form. Classes include stretching and qigong warmup exercises as well as detailed instruction and practice. Each session is recorded and available online for practice on your own after the class. Instructors: Bill Buckley and Jeremy Shaw. Enroll online for the spring session beginning March 27
Taiji Part 2 - Wed at 6:30pm
This 10-week course are recommended for people who are want to continue learning the 108 Movement Yang style Long form. It will provide progressive, step by step instruction and practice, plus a Qigong warmup and stretching. Course includes weekly classes plus online practice videos. Instructors: Bill Buckley and Jeremy Shaw. Enroll online for the spring session beginning March 27
Note: These Taiji courses are included the YMAA International curriculum.
Taiji Short Form - Thurs at 7pm
This course is ideal for people who want to learn the Yang Style Short form in a short period of time. The exercise level is moderate and suitable for people for all ages. Students have access to an online practice video and are strongly encouraged to practice between sessions. The more you focus and practice, the quicker you will learn and discover the pleasure of the Taiji form. Instructor: Ariana Berns. Enroll online for the spring session beginning March 28
