Exploring Sympathetic Joy - Mindfulness Workshop

Join us as we explore the third of the Four Heart Qualities: Sympathetic Joy. The three-hour session will be divided into short periods of sitting, walking, contemplative exercises and sharing.  All the exercises will explore the heart quality of compassion, the ability to meet and hold what is difficult in our lives and in the lives of others.
