Winter Feast for the Soul
January 15 - February 23 - every year
7:30-8:15am - In studio and online
Led by Liz Korabek-Emerson
Open to everyone!!!
The Winter Feast is an annual celebration of 40 days of meditation, 40 minutes a day beginning at 7:30AM. Our practice is simple and friendly. After a few minutes of chatting, we ring the bell to begin. Then about 20 minutes into the meditation, we ring it again with an invitation to change to a walking or standing meditation if they wish. Many people in the group will stand or walk, returning to their seat before or at the closing bell at 8:15.
Daily attendance is encouraged for you to get the most out of the experience, but please join us whenever your schedule allows.
Come once, occasionally, or all 40 days!

What Participants Say

"Before I met Liz, I was convinced that I would never conquer my monkey mind enough to find meditation rewarding. Now, thanks to her gentle guidance and the structure of sitting together in a group, meditation has become an important part of my life. Our meditation circle is precious to me."

"Liz is an excellent role model and teacher. Her enthusiasm is boundless. Her kindness and good energy are palatable."
"Meditation is a way through the wilderness. We don’t come out the other side, rather, we discover we are connected to the others who journeyed with us."

“If your goal is to take the practice ‘off the cushion’ and into daily life, it is so helpful to do so with a group of fellow meditators where one can practice the consistency of showing up even when ‘too busy’ or facing the challenges of life’s “thousand joys and thousand sorrows.'”
